Hawt Dog - Take 2 - with Heather H.

Hello! Heather here from Houses Built of Cards - here to share some projects with a recent summer stamp set from July - Hawt Dog:

I had fun with the tent from this set when I played with it before (you can see that card HERE), and recently, I had a request for a couple more cards in the same style but with different colors - so these are the two I came up with!

I heat embossed it on vellum, layered on some fun pattern paper from Crate Paper and MME, and finished off with some jute twine. A tiny "cross stitch" of two tiny staples finishes off the top right corner and holds the vellum in place.

Thanks so much for dropping by today! Have a wonderful week!

Hollydays with Jo

Hi everyone, Jo here. Christmas is just around the corner...sort of and I am getting a head start on my holiday cards. I decided to use the "Hollydays" stamp set.

Card 1: Happy Hollydays

I used a simple layout for all three cards, which makes it easy to mass produce. I used the "Happy Hollydays" sentiment. The holly image is stamped twice and colored with Copic markers. To finish off the card, I added a red & white striped ribbon.

 Card 2: Oh deer...

The deer image is colored with Copic markers and placed on a dimensional pop dot. I used the "Oh deer..." sentiment in the set. Lastly, I added some red enamel dots for embellishments.

Card 3: Tis the Season

This last card, still using the same card layout, features the cute penguin from the "Decemberrr" stamp set. He's colored with Copic markers and placed on dimensional pop dots. The tree image is from the "Hollydays" stamp set. I added some Yellow Stickles to the star and red enamel dots on the bottom right of the card.

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of your day.
