So Cool With Pinky!

With summer underway, we have more fabulous inspiration from our Designer Pinky!!  She uses clean and simple techniques today with our new stamp set "So Cool".  Check this out and make sure and leave her some love!!!

Hey there, it's Pinky today with some CAS cards.
When I saw these stamps it made me want to make white cards I don't know why? But I grabbed my markers and played. I am in love with these popsicles, I think they would make fun little 4th of July rockets too!

I shaded the popsicles for this card them popped them up with foam pop dots.

I don't know what possessed me to stay clean and simple this time, but I can't wait to share them with my friends.

Hopefully you are as excited about this set as I am, which one is your favorite image? Mine is a toss up between the popsicle and watermelon, so very cute!

So Cool with Heather H.

Heather is sharing more incredible projects today with our new release "So Cool".  Outstanding Heather!!!  Leave her some love!!

Hello! Heather here from Houses Built of Cards - here to share some projects with the new stamp set for June - So Cool:

I love all the summery images on this one - and had to start with that sweet popsicle:

Stamped and colored it with Copics on a die cut circle, stamped my sentiment in coordinating ink, then covered the popsicle with glossy accents. Layered some washi tape, sequins, a tiny paper clip, jute twine, and a doily on some pattern paper. Finished off with a few flicks of white Mister Huey's Mist in the corners.

Next up - I have never seen an image like this one - and what a fun matching sentiment!

Again, stamped my image and sentiment on a die cut shape - oval this time. I used a self adhesive pearl in the center, after coloring with Copics. Layered some pattern paper, some vellum that I did some stenciling and embossing paste on, then tied on some ribbon and added a few sequins.

Finally - that watermelon was just screaming out for some watercolors!

Look at those little tiny ants! Makes me squeal they are so cute! I used my new Zig Clean Color Real Brush watercolor pens to color my image in, stamped the sentiment, and added a simple black outline with a pen to finish it off. Simple and one layer - and SOOOO fun!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!!!

So Cool with Jo

OH MY GOODNESS...PREPARE your heart for some SERIOUS inspiration!!!  That is what I have to say about Jo's projects today using our new stamp set "So Cool".  I am DROOLING Jo!!!  Please leave her some love!

Hi everyone! Are you ready for summer? My cards feature the new stamp set "So Cool".

Card 1: Thanks for the Pearl-fect Day!

I used a circle shape for my first card. The chose the sentiment "Thanks for the Pearl-fect Day!" and the clam with pearl image, colored with my Copics. The sea sand image is from an oldie but goodie, "Life's A Beach" stamp set. I layered the sand image and alternated the position to create the bottom of the ocean. The clam is covered with Wink of Stella in Clear and I adhered a flat back pearl for the embellishment.

Card 2: I really dig you.

My next card features the sentiment "I really dig you.", the bucket and shovel w/sand image. Again, I used the sand from "Life's A Beach" along with the sand dollar, beach ball, and sea shell. I fussy cut the shovel/sand and inserted it in a cut slit I made in the bucket, a perfect fit! I just added a piece of washi tape at the beginning of the sentiment banner for some color.

Card 3: It's the LITTLE things

Lastly, I kept this card simple. I used the sentiment "It's the LITTLE things" and the watermelon/ant image from the set. I laid down a big piece of polka dot washi tape and placed a grass die cut above it. The little ants look so cute!

Hope you enjoyed my cards using the "So Cool" stamp set. I can't believe it's June! As always, thanks for stopping by and make sure to come back to check out what the other Designers create!

Have a fabulous day!

Tie-riffic with Heather H.

Heather has 3 projects today that will inspire you for sure!  Take a look and don't forget to leave her a comment.  Have a GREAT day!

Hello! Heather here from Houses Built of Cards - here to share some projects with the new stamp set for May called Tie-riffic! This is such a perfectly timed set, with Father's Day just around the corner:

I started off with the fun remote control - do you see the fun sentiments that are even on that?!?!?

I used Hero Arts ombre inks to stamp them, fussy cut them out, then attached with foam adhesive to my panel that I used a wave border to die cut. I also wrapped some jute twine around and knotted it in the front - a bit more masculine than a bow! Added my sentiment, then attached to my pattern paper with foam adhesive.

Next up, who could resist a fun recliner? :)

I stamped it on pattern paper, then fussy cut it out. Adhered it with foam adhesive to my card on which I had stamped my sentiment in two colors, and layered over a die cut oval and a bit more pattern paper. Added a few enamel dots to finish this one off.

And finally, a super simple card - which usually means the perfect masculine card, right?

I simply stamped the Father's Day sentiment 3 times on a die cut tag, added some string to the side, and attached to a woodgrain cardstock cardbase.

Masculine cards tend to come a bit harder for me, but this stamp set definitely made it easier! Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!!!
