One of the things I look forward to most, while I am out promoting Avocado Arts
all over the US, is meeting lots of amazing people.
Well, let me tell you, that Jodi McCormack is one of them!!
Jodi is an incredible person to say the least.
I am blessed to have met her and she has become a WONDERFUL friend.
Jodi and I in Lancaster, PA
I met Jodi at a show in New Jersey and then she and her mom showed up at a show in Lancaster, PA! Jodi and her mom (also pretty fabulous) took one of my classes and then Jodi joined our stamp club! Recently, I received an email that contained this SPECTACULAR project that she created. I just about hit the floor!!!
Jodi shared: "I just thought I would send you a little projectI've been working on with my son, Liam. He's going into kindergarten and histeacher requested objects and photos describing what he did this summer. Far beit from me to just throw a photo into a bag...that would be too easy! ;-) Idecided to do a Smash project with him and he loves it!
I ended up using all of your products on the front. The kite I made actually spins (the center is the "tire"from the Perfectly Perfect Day swing) which of course is Liam's favorite part!I used a few of your sets and even combined the squiggle from Hello Friend andthe arrow from Sweet Treat Sweetie to make one long arrow...it worked!"
In addition, Jodi also used the letters, numbers and pennant stamp from the set
Here is another project that Jodi shared with me. She first got hooked on Avocado Arts when she saw our mini owl stamp set at a Scrapbook Expo show.
She purchased this set at the show and then used the owl stamp to create a cute gift tag!
These were gifts she gave to her sons teachers- cash -instead of gift cards.
I am sure the teachers LOVED this gift ;)
I just wanted to say thank you Jodi, for sharing these projects with me
and for being a blessing in my life!
Keep on keepin' on,
~Michelle
