Oh am I excited about this Hello Spring stamp set! Ok maybe I am excited about
spring and the possibility of sun and warmth too, but it's all relative.

Hi there AA friends I ave 3 cards to share today one is inking simple fun
and the other two I layered a bit including making a faux glass vase.

My first card is a fun "Lucky" card I know I have a friend who will
be getting this soon. I tok some patterned green paper I had and stamped
the clovers onto it, then went to fussy cutting.
Can you see the layer of green between the card stocks?
How fun is this beautiful Hello Spring set?

Here's a detailed shot of the stamped images.
For my next card I just played with different colored inks on it.
Originally i was going to color it all in but I like the shading of the inks
I left it very clean and simple.
I also inked the edges in grass and sky colors for fun.
This card looks nothing like I imagined at first but that's the fun in stamping!
And my last card you probably want to know how I made the
glass vase. Well the handy vase stamp worked amazing with StazOn
on acrylic so I stamped the image. I had to stamp 4 or 5 times because
when stamping on a non porous surface it is straight up and down and only
one impression per ink.
After I let it dry a moment on the back I coated it with liquid glass effects
in blue and let it dry. It looks like a stained glass sort of once it dries.
Right before it was dry I put it on the card so I wouldn't need any adhesive.

So that's my show today! Hope you found it useful and inspiring.
Now go create something!

Great card ideas. I'm going to have to try that glass vase idea. Maybe a stained glass church window for Easter. My husband and I spent Valentine's day at home instead of going out. It was just tooooo cold with negative temps. Instead we just ordered a pizza from our favorite restaurant for pizza in BAY CITY, MICHIGAN.....ROMA's.

Lovely cards. I like the paper pieced clovers, colorful flowers and how you made the vase.
My granddaughter's birthday is on Valentine's day so we attended her party.
