Avocado Arts

One of the things that I simply LOVE about Avocado Arts is sharing this stamp company at shows across the United States!  

This past weekend, I was in Milwaukee, WI for the Scrapbook Expo show.  I was very excited to go back to this area, as I have been there 3 separate times over the past year.  I saw a lot of familiar faces, got tons of hugs and squeezes from amazing people that I have met.  It is like seeing an old friend again and having the opportunity to catch up while sitting across the table from each other, doing a make-n-take with stamps!

Each time, we add more club members, customers and fans!  I have the opportunity to teach at a large make-n-take and also at workshops. 

 It is SO MUCH FUN!!

Have you seen the new May 2012 stamp set "Thoughts and Smiles"?  It is now available for purchase! We were having some stamping fun at our booth in Milwaukee this past weekend and here are just a few AMAZING cards that were created using this new set:

This card was made with using the front and the back of our stamps!  

Did you know you can ink the back side to create a solid image too?  

I LOVE purples and pinks together...gorgeous!

When stamping, to create a lighter shade of the same image, simply restamp it without re-inking your stamp. This technique was used above to create a lighter pink with the large blossom stamp.
